Early retiree with Iron-Man Series at Ponderosa

Friday night found Billy Moyer Jr. in action at Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Ky.) for the Valvoline Iron-Man Northern Series-sanctioned Johnny Mulligan Classic. With time trial results setting the grid for the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Billy laid down the second fastest time overall behind Michael Chilton. He was an early retiree from the 50-lapper with five circuits remaining.
